While WTS offers the capability for real-time transmittal of ACH transactions, many companies find that simple batch file processing more than adequately meets their needs. The WTS transaction engine was built from the ground up, to meet the most demanding needs of ACH clients, not as an afterthought to an allied service.

Our Payment Gateway architecture provides flexible and simple methods for file processing data to be both submitted and received. Acceptable file formats include XML, CSV, name pair, NACHA, as well as others. Data can be delivered via a secure ftp client, with the origination cut-off time being 12:00 midnight, central time.

Origination of transactions are directed through one of WTS multiple ODFI banks or your company may opt to use your existing banking relationships as ODFI, having WTS provide the processing and communication technologies.

Returns can be managed by:

Control of when the first re-presentment occurs.

Control of when the second re-presentment occurs, independently of the first.

Even with submission of simple file formats, WTS provides value added technologies that give your company the most efficient receivables methodologies for ACH processing. One such example is our advanced returned item management system and interface. Items resulting in returns for non-sufficient funds can be automatically managed to achieve the best collection rate possible.
